Trained inspectors - including registered nurses, dietitians and pharmacists - generally pay an unannounced visit each year in order to evaluate the personal care being administered to residents. These individuals also assess a facility's food preparation and storage processes, management of medication and clinical records. "We are proud to meet and exceed the social therapeutic needs of our residents as validated by this inspection," said Harrogate executive director Donald A. Johansen. "Our staff prides itself in providing a supportive and caring environment for our residents and their families." |
