Andrew Sivatjian Andrew Sivatjian has over a decade of sales, training, and management experience in Medicare, healthcare and insurance. As the Director of National Medicare Sales for HealthCompare Insurance Services, which was recently acquired by National General (NGHC), Andrew provides sales oversight for the organization for all Medicare Products, Individual and Family (IFP) insurance plans, and Ancillary products. In addition to sales oversight, Andrew is responsible for producing and conducting sales training, policy and procedure guidelines, certifications, and working directly with insurance carriers to build and deliver compliance/product training to call center and field agents/brokers on a national level. Prior to taking on the Medicare Sales Director role, Andrew served as National Sales Trainer and Training Manager for the Word & Brown Companies Individual & Medicare Division, servicing call center agents, field agents and brokers in sales training in the Medicare/Insurance sales arena. As the National Sales Trainer, he managed all regulatory sales and carrier training internally and externally, including compliance with guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). From 2009-2012, Andrew was the top producer (Medicare Sales / IFP Sales) as a National Benefit Advisor for HealthCompare Insurance Services. Before joining HealthCompare in 2009, he was a National Sales Agent for eHealth Insurance Services, where he was recognized as Sales Representative of the Year for IFP Sales and Ancillary Products. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration–Marketing from CSU, Sacramento. He currently has an active Life Agent License in all 50 states and holds both Medicare Product and Marketplace certifications in multiple states.
